What knowledge / experience do I need?
You won't need any webdesign or SEO experience. The course starts with a very easy to understand introduction covering the software to use, and how to access your website. The more you know, the easier it will be to understand.
What is eLearning?
The delivery of a learning, training or education program by electronic
means. E-learning involves the use of a computer or electronic device
(e.g. a mobile phone) in some way to provide training, educational

How does it work?
It's simple. Once you've purchased the package you desire you will
be provided with a unique log in where you can access a secure area
of our website. From here, you will gain access to
all the relevant case studies / media information / questionnaires
for your course.

We are based in Yorkshire, UK.
What support will I receive with the support package?
If you decide to take the 1 year SEO support package, you will receive 12 months of non-stop support from our SEO expert. This support will be via phone, email or live chat.
Whether you have a question that isn't covered in the course, or are confused with a task, our SEO expert will guide you through each step to ensure your website is perfect.
Can I buy 1 log in, and use on multiple
machines?
To prevent users handing out their login details to various people
your login will be locked to a 'one at a time' rule, meaning only one
person can be logged in using your account at any one time. Every computer
/ laptop has a unique identity number, upon your first login your account
will be locked to this computer. Should you need to use your account
from another computer (home / work) we can make changes to your account.
What's the duration of the course?
This is stated in the 'Duration' section of each course.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes! You can cancel at anytime, however no refunds can be given due
to the nature of the material available.
What are the minimum system requirements of my PC / Laptop?

A computer with online access to the internet (broadband preferably)

Display settings of at least 1024 x 786 screen size

Microsoft office 2000 or newer (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
If I want a session, how does the process
work?
Once you have decided which course you require, you simply order the
package online. After completing the payment option (Credit / Debit
card / Paypal) you will gain immediate access to the training portal.
How can I pay for the course?
We accept credit card, debit card, paypal and cheque as payment. Should
you wish to pay by cheque, please contact us beforehand as your account
will need to be manually set up.
Are there any associated costs?
No - Once you have paid for the course we will not charge you for any
other material or technical advice. However, if you do decide you
require further coaching this will of course be charged at hour hourly
rate. (Please contact us for a quote)
What does the session include?
The training session includes various formats of media including; Audio,
Video, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, PDF and Flash. These formats will
cover the topics related to each course.
Is contactable technical support available
when I need it?
Yes - We offer technical support via phone and Live chat Monday - Friday
8.30am - 5pm GMT, and email support 24/7 (with a maximum turnaround
time of 24 hours)
Is certification included in the price?
Yes - Once you have completed the course, a certificate is provided which shows you are trained in SEO at an advanced level.
Where is the company based?
We are based in the UK. However, we offer our training services world
wide.
How do I know which course is right for me?

How many people can attend or sign up at
any one time?

How many hours a day can I plan to Train

This is completely up to the individual.
